What we collect via this website
This website does not run analytics, tracking pixels or marketing cookies, and there is no contact form. The only way you share data with us is by emailing us directly.
Email correspondence
If you write to us at info@skywardreach.com, we keep that correspondence so we can reply and follow up on the matter you contacted us about. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling client and prospect enquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) and, where relevant, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b)).
We do not share your messages with third parties, except with the email and infrastructure providers we rely on to deliver the inbox.
Retention
Correspondence is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was sent for, plus any period required by Dutch tax or commercial law (typically up to 7 years for invoicing-related records).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@skywardreach.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
